It’s good to be loved

This has been a glorious week, The Will and I have been getting some good bonding time in while mum is at work all day. There’s no kennel-time, just snuggles on the couch – and the occasional mid-afternoon nap. Shinobi has even started joining Timmy and I for our snuggle sessions.
I am now pretty sure that The Will is here to stay. At least that’s what he says.

Just when I was getting comfortable with being the centre of my humans’ universe again, something had to happen to spoil it. Tonight after work, Mum went out with “the girls” to get their nails done. She didn’t even come home and see me first.

I spent the day snuggling with the Will so I wasn’t lonely, but I still felt left out.
Aren’t I one of the girls too? My paws are in need of pampering, my nails are overgrown. I really don’t like this whole “no Pugs allowed” stupidity that prevents me from getting to go out and having fun.

I never get to do anything!

Well you know the old saying “the squeaky wheel gets the grease.” I guess I must have moaned and complained a lot because my hero, The Will warmed up the car, got me dressed up in my sweater and took me out for my own pedicure.

The girls at Classy Clips are always so good to me. They always do such a nice job and are so gentle with me.

But most importantly, I know The Will loves me.

About Sabrina's Pug Tails

My name is Sabrina. I am a three year old fawn pug who lives with my three humans and my brother-cat Shinobi. I came to live with my family in February of 2010. I don’t remember much about my life before that. I know that I didn’t have a nice warm bed to sleep in or soft couches to lay on. I was rescued from my previous life by the Boston Terrier & Pug Rescue of Southern Manitoba along with my brother, sister and mom. My human mum tells me that some dogs work at being smart and some work at being cute, and I am very, very cute. I think there may be some kind of insult here………
