A quick trip outside

It’s been snowing for days now.  Sometimes I wonder if it will ever end. At least when it’s snowing, it tends to be a bit warmer. Warm enough that mum decided it was safe to bring the new camera outside to document me playing in the snow….. and Timmy too.

This is my back yard. It may be a bit hard to see, but mum has created a series of race-tracks for me so I can run around without being pug-deep in snow.
Off to run the race-track. I the feeling of the ground rush beneath my paws, my ears flapping in the breeze.
Timmy doesn’t have much in the way of fur or fat so he gets cold real quick. Despite this, he will follow mum into the yard, or to the ends of the earth, if she asked.
One lap around the track and I’m good to go back inside.
As much as I love playing outside, when I’m done, I’m done. My poor paws are just too sensitive to handle being outside for more than a few minutes. I’ve pretty much mastered the single paw sit while I look pathetic and wait to be let back inside.

About Sabrina's Pug Tails

My name is Sabrina. I am a three year old fawn pug who lives with my three humans and my brother-cat Shinobi. I came to live with my family in February of 2010. I don’t remember much about my life before that. I know that I didn’t have a nice warm bed to sleep in or soft couches to lay on. I was rescued from my previous life by the Boston Terrier & Pug Rescue of Southern Manitoba along with my brother, sister and mom. My human mum tells me that some dogs work at being smart and some work at being cute, and I am very, very cute. I think there may be some kind of insult here………

Aww, that last picture is so sad! You really need to go in….and get an extra treat….something really tasty! Yep!

  3. Love these photos in the snow! The single paw sit is hilarious!!

  4. Lindsay says:

You and Phillip must have taken the same class! He likes to come inside and hobble around on three legs like I am trying to freeze him – and yet won’t come in when I call him!
